Hi I’m Keya, I am the oldest daughter so naturally I am the “second mother” to my younger siblings. Here’s my life in a nutshell. I am married to a firefighter paramedic who is also a nurse and who is studying to become a Nurse Practitioner. He is a very busy man and I don’t know how he does it but he is doing a great job. Since his schedule is so demanding I do end up feeling like a single mother a lot of the time and that’s why I am so grateful I live near both my family and his family because the saying is true “it takes a village to raise a child”. I have a Bachelors degree in Radiology specifically (MRI) magnetic resonance imaging and was able to obtain that degree by doing one of my life passions, tennis. If I could I would go back and play collegiately again and again and again. It was just a fun time and flew by way too fast. I currently work one day a week as an MRI tech, I teach tennis and my favorite, but hardest calling, being a Mother to three treasures. They are my world and I would do anything I can for them. I also have a little obsession with food, fitness and crafting, so you will find me all over those parts in this blog. Hope you enjoy what I enjoy! Thanks for reading.
